About Our Curated Mystery Parcels

Every order is a carefully curated mystery parcel containing a selection of new and rescued, pre-loved apparel and accessories. 
Individual items are not described or previewed - your parcel is thoughtfully hand-selected by us, with every piece personally inspected and professionally steamed before dispatch. 
This thorough process is how we ensure consistently high quality: we source from trusted suppliers known for quality items, hand-select every piece, and steaming allows us to examine each garment fully - inside and out - so that any detail may be noticed. 
We never include items that are damaged or severely stained. 
Where items are pre-loved, they may naturally show gentle signs of wear. 
We take pride in both the quality of our curation and our mission to make circular fashion more accessible and more affordable for everyone 


Significant Damage or Undisclosed Faults

In the rare event that an item arrives with significant damage or a major structural fault that would not reasonably be expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. We will review your claim individually.
Where a remedy is approved: compensation will be issued as store credit only, to the value approved. No refunds will be returned to your original payment method or bank account.
Once your order is delivered, the items are yours. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the nature of our mystery parcels.
